if you don't know who M. Ward is, i would prefer that you don't talk to me...
...but if you must, he's a great singer-songwriter, from California now living in Portland, with a whole shit load of famous friends/collaborators, like Bright Eyes' Conor Oberst and Mike Mogis, My Morning Jacket's Jim James/Yim Yames in Monsters of Folk, and The New Girl's Zooey Deschanel in She & Him.
so he's got a new album coming out and you should give it a listen....
(and see him live if you have the chance.... he's fantastic! ...and so is his band!)
